Cancellation Policy
Please ensure you arrive on time to your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service charged at the full treatment cost.
Appointment Changes and Cancellations
All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24-hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% service charge of the booked service.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, this will be considered a "No-Show" and result in a 100% charge of the booked service.
Late Arrival
Arriving more than 15-minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or canceled, and the full service fee will still apply.
Group booking Deposits (3 or more people)
A non-refundable deposit of 50% percentage is required to secure group appointments. This will be applied to your final service cost but is forfeited in case of cancellation or no-show.
Emergency Exceptions
We understand emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of management for emergencies.
